1. Booking & Advance Payment

All bookings made via Shillong Wheels require a mandatory 10% advance payment of the total trip fare to secure the vehicle and driver dispatch. This payment must be made within 1 hour of the initial request.

2. Non-Refundable Policy

The 10% advance payment is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to customer cancellations, no-shows, or schedule changes.

3. Vehicle Availability

While we strive to provide the exact vehicle requested, Shillong Wheels reserves the right to substitute with a similar vehicle class in case of mechanical issues or operational constraints.

4. Luggage & Passengers

Standard passenger limits apply (4 for Sedans, 6-7 for SUVs). Excessive luggage that prevents safe operation of the vehicle may require an additional vehicle at the customer's expense.
